Creative Cohorts
Ten student-led clubs that run through the academic year — each with its own members, its own calendar, and a faculty mentor who guides rather than directs.
Clubs the students actually run
Each cohort elects its own coordinators, plans its own calendar and presents its work at the annual showcase. A faculty mentor sits with each group, but the agenda belongs to the students.
Every student from Class 3 upward joins at least one cohort. Membership is reviewed each year, so a child can follow a growing interest instead of being locked into one choice.
How the cohorts work
- Student-elected coordinators plan each term calendar
- A faculty mentor supports every cohort without taking over
- Weekly sessions built into the timetable, not after hours
- Annual showcase where each cohort presents its year of work
- Membership reviewed yearly so interests can change
